What you can do

Use the products for their stated purpose. Be honest about who you are and the businesses you represent. Pay for paid tiers if you use them.

What you can't do

Use the services to harass, scrape, spam, or break the law. Impersonate someone else. Resell access without permission. Reverse-engineer or attempt to compromise the services.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of the things you submit (listings, reviews, business details). You grant us a licence to host and display them as part of providing the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Payment

Where a product has a paid tier, payment is taken via Stripe under the pricing shown at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled per product; ask us if you're unsure.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, prices, or this document — we'll tell you in advance for material changes.

Liability

We're a small UK business. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where the law doesn't allow exclusion.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
