Always on: needed to run the site
A cookie called tp_consent remembers your cookie choice for 180 days. Cloudflare may set cookies it needs to deliver the site and keep it secure. This site has no accounts, so it sets no sign-in cookie.
Analytics: off until you say yes
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID). It tells us which pages and products get read. It is not used for advertising, and it does not load at all until you opt in. If you later say no, we delete those cookies and reload the page.
Third parties
The typeface is served from this site, not from Google Fonts, and Cloudflare delivers the site and keeps it secure. Links to our product sites take you to separate websites, each with its own cookie notice. This site does not run adverts, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Your choices
Change your mind at any time. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as giving:
If the tp_consent cookie is missing, nothing optional loads. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time. Each of our products keeps its own sign-in cookie on its own website, so clearing all your cookies will sign you out of any product you are logged into; clearing only towpath.digital's cookies will not.
