My business is listed. How do I change or remove it?

Listings come from public records, so details can be out of date. Claim your listing free to correct it yourself, or use GotAPal's contact page: it explains how to ask for a change or for the listing to be removed, and where to write about your personal data.

How are reviews checked?

Every review is confirmed by email before it is published or counted, and a business cannot review itself. GotAPal does not vet the businesses it lists, so check a trade yourself before you hire them.

Does paying for Top Pal change a trade's score?

No. Paying changes where a listing is shown, never its reputation score, and nobody can pay to remove a genuine review.

Can my listing point at my own website?
